Booking your trip with Light Motorhome Hire couldn’t be easier..

 

We have a fully automated booking system, so there are no lengthy phone calls or uncertainty over dates. 

 

Simply select the available dates from the calendar which suit your requirements, fill in all your details and pay the hire charge...then…your motorhome is secured for that all important luxury holiday.

A £1000 insurance excess deposit will be required 1 week before your trip commences.

Once the motorhome is returned and inspected, the insurance excess deposit will be instantly refunded, less any damage charges.

We will need the following prior to the Motorhome hire commencing, these can be sent to the email address when you get your email confirmation from us. Driving licences will be checked for endorsements etc.

 

Hirer Identification

• 2 items of proof of residential ID of the Hirer and all named drivers matching the address stated on the Booking (utility bill, bank statement or credit card statement)

Driver Identification

• Valid Photocard driving licence for each Driver (Non-UK drivers will also require a copy of a valid passport)

​

The Hirer will notify the Company of any changes to any of the above identification prior to Rental Period. Failure to do so could invalidate the Vehicle Insurance.

Optional Extras

Secure Parking for your vehicle whilst you are away in one of our motorhomes - £5 per day

 

Additional Driver - £10 per day

 

UK Licence Endorsement Fee - £5 per day

These extra charges are available when you go through the booking screens.

For Per Day charges, you can add the amount of days you need, as per your booking length.

​

There is a minimum length stay of 3 nights.

​

During busy website traffic, you may search for dates and they say they are unavailable, due to other people looking at the same dates. If this happens, leave it a few minutes and try again.
